If shortlisted in Round 1 & 2 as mentioned above, the candidate will be offered a Psychometric examination and a Medical Review that will be reviewed in due course.
Notes:
Eligible trainees will be provided with train training (excluding Mumbai) and during the training will be paid Stipend (Rs. 15000 and ESIC cover) and Training will be 4 to 5 months. A valid legal withdrawal of the ESIC will be made from the total amount.
To pass the Post-Training Competency Examination, candidates will be placed in Employment with a salary of Rs 16500 to Rs 17000 in accordance with all Government regulations and the Maharashtra State Salary Act.
As the candidate will be given extensive training and after passing the competency test, will be offered by the Company, The candidate will have to sign a 5-year employment bond with the Company and while working with the Company will have to provide all their initial educational certificates to the Company.
The candidate must not have health problems and must have a regular Eyesight and must not be wearing glasses.
If you work for any organization, in order to be exempted from the organization, the notice period should not exceed 15 days.
