Your Role and Responsibilities:-

As a Technical Engineer, you are responsible for supporting the problem and modifying tickets for customer support functions (e.g. storage systems or server) for work that involves troubleshooting and implementing changes in hardware, software, applications or network applications.

These tasks are not performed in the same way and require thinking and independence and problem solving in order to solve them. 

Collaboration with other teams is needed to deal with problems. 

It also provides an opportunity to understand the current function of Automation and Analytics that continues with customers to simplify and improve performance with minimal effort.
