About the Group
The ROC (Relay Operations Center) is a central command and control center for 'Traffic Performance' across the Amazon Supply Chain network that supports multiple geographies such as NA, India and the EU.
It ensures free, timely delivery and loading of goods from merchants to Amazon (FC) and Amazon FCs filling stations to shipping agencies.
If something goes wrong, the ROC intervenes to resolve the issue and keeps all stakeholders informed of the process.
Along with this problem-solving problem the ROC is also charged with trends to understand network diversity and streamline its processes or propose a change process to make tasks easier.
This second feature includes network monitoring and significant analysis of network data. ROC plays a very important role in ensuring the smooth running of Amazon's transportation and therefore has a direct impact on Amazon's ability to help its customers on time.
